Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed within 24 hours of your booking request.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service price.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Bridal Services

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bridal appointments.
• Bridal bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the salon's bridal cancellation policy.
